3. Ordering & Payment

  • Orders are processed upon receipt of full payment
  • Available payment methods may vary depending on your location — please check which methods are available in your region at checkout
  • All prices are displayed including VAT where applicable

4. Processing & Delivery

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Shipping time: 10–20 business days depending on location
  • All orders are shipped directly from our supplier and delivered to your door via An Post
  • All orders include tracked shipping so you can follow your parcel every step of the way

5. Returns & Cancellations

6. Liability

  • We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipping where tracking confirms the parcel has been successfully delivered to the address provided
  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order
  • Address corrections must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order via info@softisledublin.com
